Of course, there are many other paths to success besides a prestigious education, but it certainly helps and we can see it's impact on the elite class of today.

It's easy to make a good decision but in most cases good decisions are twarted and allowed to die because of lack of discipline by the dream chaser.

On the same hand, discipline cannot be discussed without hard-working. Hardworking as a discipline is also crucial for achieving success. Members of the elite class are often willing to put in long hours, often working more than 8 hours a day in order to achieve their goals. They're never tired of working nor ever relenting until they see that their efforts are yielding fruits and their targets being achieved. 

Sacrificing to achieve their goal. There is very rare or no chance of achieving any great height in a competitive world without Sacrificing. Relatively from the stories of those who have made it to the top, none of those stories has been told without the mention of huge sacrifices made. Most people who aspire to be geniuses Make a lot of sacrifices and may have to give up time with friends and family, or put their personal lives on hold, Sacrificing sleep and other pleasures to focus on their careers. This drive and dedication is often what sets them apart from others. A classic example of this is Bill Gates, who famously dropped out of Harvard to pursue his dream of starting Microsoft. 

Risk Takers: The next trait, being a risk-taker, is also important for success. Members of the elite class are often willing to take big risks in order to achieve their goals. They don't sleep on opportunities nor procrastinate. This could mean investing heavily in a new business or idea, or taking on a risky project not minding if the outcome goes contrary to their initial expectations. For example, Elon Musk risked everything he had when he started Tesla and SpaceX, and he almost went bankrupt several times. But he kept going, and now his companies are some of the most successful in the world. Risk taking is often a drive to work harder because at some point one would invest all his present and future wealth into creating more wealth or in order to actualize a vision, sometimes in scenarios like this bankruptcy would be knocking and that pushes one into working harder and even getting a side business to keep himself sustained and bankrolled until his project or investment materializes. Willing to Invest heavily in business ideas is also one of the factors that catapulted Changpeng Zhao(Famously known as CZ of Binance) into massively investing in cryptocurrency which at first was a difficult journey for him but with consistency and hardworking he has become one of the most successful people in the crypto industry with his company, Binance being a top leading exchange in the world.

Powerful networking Team-Working: The final trait is being well-connected. Members of the elite class often have access to powerful networks of people who can help them achieve their goals. These networks can include other successful individuals, investors, and even government officials. Having a strong network can open doors and provide opportunities that would otherwise be unavailable. For example, many successful entrepreneurs got their start by knowing the right people and getting funding from the right investors. While Powerful networking has helped most of the members of elite class, Team-Working has as well helped as the force pushing them from the behind. Great ideas can be conceived alone but often require teamwork to make those ideas reality. Members of the elite class such as Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg among others needed teamwork to achieve their goals..

The path to success is often narrow as it's not everybody that is willing to put all these into practice that's why consistency and persistence is considered as paramount in this journey and the reward is always worth the effort.
